Shirataki is making a new noodle form…….Macaroni!!!
Here is a little info in case you have never heard of it:
- LOW CARB - only 3g of carbs per serving
- LOW CALORIE - 20 calories per 4 oz serving
- FIBER - 2g per serving
- NO CHOLESTEROL
- NO SUGAR
- GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE
- CONTAINS 10% CALCIUM
- VEGAN
Here are a few dishes I have made this week with Shirataki:
Cauliflower and egg white
Cauliflower, spaghetti squash and laughing cow
Cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom and chicken
I mix it with whatever I am in the mood for or what ever I have in the fridge. Fills you up with out all the guilt of regular pasta.
