Macaroni

Shirataki is making a new noodle form…….Macaroni!!!

Here is a little info in case you have never heard of it:

  • LOW CARB - only 3g of carbs per serving
  • LOW CALORIE - 20 calories per 4 oz serving
  • FIBER - 2g per serving
  • NO CHOLESTEROL
  • NO SUGAR
  • GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE
  • CONTAINS 10% CALCIUM
  • VEGAN
*TOFU SHIRATAKI CANNOT BE FROZEN

Cauliflower and egg white

I mix it with whatever I am in the mood for or what ever I have in the fridge. Fills you up with out all the guilt of regular pasta.
